"Jessica at Houston Richards office has been by far the most patient, kind, caring, and supportive person to work with, hands down. I’ve been with Houston since before he had his own practice, and he does always hire really great people, but Jessica has just made me feel so at ease through this process, even as things change and rearrange and even when getting “adulting” things in order feels too big or too much, Jessica ALWAYS makes a point to make it a VERY easy and simple process. She goes WAY above and beyond to help, even in ways I didn’t know were possible… and she follows up on things that I forget. I couldn’t recommend Jessica at Houston’s office more. 100 Stars if I could."

"It's ridiculous on the amount of times I have to call to get a quote then you guys said I'll call you back here in 20 minutes and then you never call me back I've had better luck with State farm that's on the border of Iowa in Missouri that's like 4 hours away from me , which you are less than a mile away from me I shouldn't have to wait weeks to get a quote very poor customer service I highly do not recommend going here."
